•    Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2.    Pack your item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.
3.    Ship your return: Ship the package back to us at the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4.    Refund processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within [Number] business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
